Bob also attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, graduating with a Broadcast Journalism degree in May 1990.īob is an avid Chicago sports fan including the Cubs and Blackhawks and Marquette Golden Eagles basketball fan, and during his free time, likes to play golf, and spend time with his family.īob and his wife Colleen, an elementary school teacher in the Eau Claire School District, reside in Eau Claire. He attended Benet Academy High School in Lisle, Illinois. Bob also worked at WJFW-TV in Rhinelander, Wisconsin as a News Reporter from September 1992 until May 1993.īob grew up in Clarendon Hills, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Prior to coming to Eau Claire, Bob worked at WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee as a News Editor on two different occasions, from 1990-1992 and from 1993-1994. Bob moved to the news anchor desk in July, 2014 and is currently the 6 and 10 anchor for WEAU and also anchors the 9 pm news for Fox 25-48 for Eau Claire/La Crosse.ĭuring that time, Bob has had the opportunity to cover Super Bowls, Rose Bowls, NCAA Final Four, MLB All-star games and post-season and high school sports.
